Current Owner Search

$60.00 Search spanning the period the current owner of subject real estate takes title to same from a warranty deed. Reflects vesting, tax, lien and encumbrance information. Judgment, state and federal tax liens are searched per the ten year statute period. A copy of the vesting instrument is supplied at no additional cost. Normal turnaround time: 24 hours. 

Purchase Search     

(2 Owner Search)

$70.00 Search back at least two warranty deeds (three warranty deeds maximum) and/or to an acceptable purchase money mortgage.  Formatted like a current owner search, it reflects vesting, tax, lien and encumbrance information. Judgment, state and federal tax liens are searched per the ten year statute period. A copy of the vesting instrument is supplied at no additional cost. Normal turnaround time: 24-36 hours. 

Certificate of Title

(30 Year Search)

$85.00 (Kentucky) $100.00 (Indiana). Search spanning at least thirty years from the certified date reflected thereon, brought forward from a warranty deed. Reflects any liens and encumbrances currently affecting the subject real estate, limited to and including search criteria as stated on the search types above. A copy of the vesting instrument is supplied at no additional cost. Normal turnaround time: 24-48 hours.

50 Year Residential Search: $125.00 (Kentucky) $150.00 (Indiana).

Commercial Search

$250.00 (base price - additional tracts or chains of title may result in additional charges). Search spanning at least fifty years from the certified date reflected thereon, brought forward from a warranty deed. Reflects any liens and encumbrances currently affecting the subject real estate, limited to and including search criteria as stated on the search types above. A copy of the vesting instrument is supplied at no additional cost. Normal turnaround time: 48-72 hours.

$15.00 for pre-closing updates and up to 15 days after closing; $35.00 after 180 days. Update spanning from the last certified date of a search to the new certified date reflected thereon. Subject to the same search criteria and limitations of the original search being updated. Turnaround time: Same day to 24 hours (depending on client’s needs).
